Short films must be between a minimum of 5 minutes and a maximum of 40 minutes in length.

National and international works are admitted.

Works in any language with integrated English subtitles are accepted.

Works in Italian may not include subtitles.

Works of all genres are permitted, with the exception of pornographic works.

Selected works may be chosen for screening during the awards ceremony.

The participant is responsible for his/her work and any copyright issues. The participant holds all rights regarding the use of his/her work. The festival has no liability towards third parties and may reject the film if the content or technical quality does not correspond to adequate standards of usability.

Submitted works must not have been completed before 2020.

The payment of the registration fee is non-refundable, the festival is not responsible for any sending errors by the participant.

Payment of the entry fee implies acceptance of the rules and conditions listed. By submitting, the participant accepts the terms without exception.
